These Terms of Service govern your use of PT KLAIMQU INDONESIA SEJAHTERA's ("VeWell," "we") service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to the following terms along with our Privacy Policy.
About VeWell's service
VeWell is an assistance service that helps you find the right hospital, coordinates your visit, and supports your hospital insurance claim process. VeWell is not a medical provider, a hospital, or an insurance company. We do not provide diagnoses or medical advice — medical decisions always remain with qualified medical professionals.
User eligibility
This service is intended for people aged 18 and over, or for a parent/guardian submitting a request on behalf of a family member.
How the service works
You submit your care needs through our assistance request form. A VeWell team member will contact you to understand your needs, help you explore hospital options, and coordinate the next steps, including your insurance claim if relevant. The final decision on which hospital and provider to use always remains yours.
Membership and fees
VeWell Membership is currently free for the first 2 years, through December 2026. After that period, your membership will automatically renew at the regular fee of Rp199,000 per year unless you cancel beforehand. We'll notify you at least 30 days before the first charge, and you can cancel your membership at any time through the channels we provide. Paid membership will be payable by credit card, giro, or bank transfer; the payment system for this is currently being set up.
User responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when submitting an assistance request. For requests involving coordination with a hospital or insurer, you may be asked to provide us with an official Power of Attorney (Surat Kuasa).
No guarantee of outcome
VeWell does its best to help you find the right hospital and support your insurance claim, but we do not guarantee that your insurance claim will be approved, that a hospital will accept your preferred visit schedule, or any other particular outcome. Those decisions rest entirely with the relevant hospital, medical professionals, and insurer.
Limitation of liability
VeWell helps coordinate your administrative process, but is not responsible for medical decisions made by a hospital or medical professional; approval or denial decisions made by an insurer; or disruptions to third-party services we use, including Google Forms. VeWell works to help the process run smoothly, but those final decisions are entirely outside our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VeWell's liability for losses arising from your use of this service is limited to the amount of membership fees you've paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold VeWell harmless from any third-party claims, losses, or demands arising from inaccurate information you provided, or from your use of VeWell's service in violation of these Terms.
Force majeure
VeWell is not liable for delays or failures in providing the service caused by events reasonably beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, infrastructure disruptions, regulatory changes, or disruptions to third-party services we rely on.
Not medical advice
The content and guides available on the VeWell site are informational and do not replace consultation with a qualified medical professional.
Intellectual property
All content, logos, and materials on the VeWell site belong to PT KLAIMQU INDONESIA SEJAHTERA and are protected under applicable law, unless stated otherwise.
Changes and availability of the service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of VeWell's service at any time, for example for maintenance or development. We'll notify you in advance where a change significantly affects a service you're actively using, whenever practical.
Termination of service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VeWell's service if we find misuse or a violation of these terms. You may also stop using VeWell's service at any time and request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including its consumer protection law. Any disputes will first be resolved through discussion, and if necessary, through the applicable legal process in Indonesia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continuing to use VeWell's service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
